I&Js Spicy Tuna on a Garlic Parm Crostini

Ingredients
6oz Albacore tuna, spring water, can, drained
2oz Celery, diced
3oz Onion, red, diced
2oz Pickles, dill, diced
½oz Cilantro, chopped
1oz Spinach, baby, chopped
1tbsp Adobo, Badia
6tbsp Mayonnaise
2tbsp Mustard, yellow
5tbsp I&J’s Habanero Pepper Sauce #5 (adjust to your preference)

Instructions
1: Combine the above ingredients into a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate and let chill for 15 mins.
Garlic Butter
½oz Garlic, cloves, minced
2oz Cilantro, finely chopped
8oz Butter/Margine – creamed/whipped
2tbsp Olive Oil, virgin
1tbsp Adobo, Badia
1tbsp Paprika, powder
Instructions
1: Combine ingredients into a small bowl, mix thoroughly. It should be a lumpy texture with speckles of Green cilantro leaves scattered throughout the mixture. Very aromatic and garlicky.
Garlic Parm Crostini
Ingredients
1 Baguette, fresh
1pk 4 Cheese, Mexican
1pk Cheese, Artisan Blend Parmesan
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place a sheet of oven paper on top of a cookie sheet.
Step 3: Cut the baguette in 1” slices and spread garlic butter on the top of each crostini slice place on the cookie sheet, add shredded parmesan and 4 Cheese Mexican on top of each.
Step 4: Place into the oven for 10 – 12 mins or until the cheese is melted and bread is slightly toasted.
Step 5: Remove crostini from the oven and let rest until ready to serve.
Step 6: Add 1 tbsp of the Spicy tuna on top of each crostini you will serve, enjoy.
