Our sauces have been a labor of love. We’re a husband and wife duo who have lived in “5” countries over 30 years. Throughout our journey, we’ve immersed ourselves in the culinary traditions unique to each place and have looked for ways to meld them. Our sauces combine I’s roots in Panama with J’s deep admiration for South Asian flavors. We love working together to create new recipes that delight and celebrate the origins of our ingredients.
